Pricing Policy
All transactions are processed in Australia in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you live overseas, please contact us for the appropriate postage costs.

Subscription Payments
Current members of Coeliac Western Australia may now renew their annual subscription on-line. If your membership subscription has lapsed, please contact the office about renewing your membership. If you would like to become a member, information can be found on our membership page.

Member Only Resources
Some of our resources are only available to our current members. For information on these items and becoming a member to have access to them and other items in our Members Area, please contact us.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please allow up to seven working days for the delivery of ordered items. Due to limited staffing, we mail orders every Thursday. Orders are delivered by Australia Post and delivery time frame will depend on your location within Australia.

Goods are only delivered within Australia on the prices quoted. If you live overseas, please contact us to receive the appropriate delivery cost.

Returns Policy
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 you may seek a refund if goods are or become faulty through no fault of your own, are not fit for a stated purpose, don’t match our description or sample, have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention. However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Privacy Policy
The Coeliac Society of Western Australia Inc. trading as Coeliac Western Australia respects your privacy and will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone without your consent. Any information collected in relation to you, is kept strictly secured.

Security Policy
When purchasing from Coeliac Western Australia, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the current industry standard for encryption. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact our office.

Customer Service Policy
Coeliac Western Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and providing quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3 – 10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
